Learn the movements, equipment, and class structure at a pace that prepares you for regular CrossFit classes.

Build confidence before entering regular CrossFit classes.
Foundations is an introduction designed to teach you how we move, how workouts are adjusted, and how to choose the right pace and weight for you.
You do not need any previous CrossFit experience. We will meet you where you are and help you build from there.
Each session includes coaching, movement instruction, and a workout designed around what you are learning that day.
Your coach will teach the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, help you understand safe and effective movement options, and show you how workouts can be adjusted for your experience and abilities.
You will learn:
You will begin building the confidence to train alongside the rest of the MAV community.
Once you feel comfortable with the movements, equipment, and class structure, your coach will help you transition into regular CrossFit classes.
You are not expected to master everything before moving forward.
The goal is to give you enough knowledge and confidence to start safely, ask good questions, and continue learning in class.
