Coach
Bri is an energetic and adaptable coach who loves building relationships, celebrating progress, and helping athletes find the moments when everything finally clicks.
I coach because I love connecting with people and helping them grow. Some of my favorite moments are the small breakthroughs when something finally clicks and an athlete has that “aha” moment.
Being part of someone’s progress, whether it is learning a new skill, building confidence, or simply showing up consistently, is what makes coaching so rewarding for me.
You can expect a coach who is genuinely happy that you are there and invested in helping you succeed.
I will meet you where you are, help you find the right approach for the day, and bring plenty of energy to class, especially on squat days. My goal is to make sure you feel supported, challenged, and proud of the work you are putting in.
I have been an athlete for most of my life, from competing in rowing at the national level to distance running and eventually finding CrossFit. I currently hold my CrossFit Level 1 credential.
Becoming a mom completely changed the way I look at fitness. Training during pregnancy and rebuilding postpartum reminded me that every body, every journey, and every day can look different.
That experience made me a more adaptable coach and strengthened my belief in consistency, continuing to show up, and celebrating every win along the way.
When I am not coaching, you will usually find me staying active with my family, putting my background in biotechnology to use, or painting whenever I get the chance.
