1000M row or 800m run
Followed by
Clean and Jerk warm-up

Strength: (20 minutes)

20 Minutes to establish Clean and Jerk Max

LEVEL 1- Clean from Position 1, + S20H. (light/technique)
LEVEL 2 AND 3-1rm Clean and Jerk)

WOD:

5 min AMRAP
25 double unders/Dub attempts/single unders
6 kettlebell Snatch 55/35/25 pounds
50ft walking goblet lunges with KB
5 burpees
50ft walking goblet lunges with KB

Rest 5min

5 min AMRAP

    last pr 190lbs
    form has gotten a little better
