Active Recovery

9am/430pm/530pm

Yoga with Amy

530am and 630pm

Warm Up:

Every minute for 5 minutes,
perform 20 double unders or 30 seconds practice

Then three rounds Not for Time of:
3-5 muscle-ups or 5 Beat swing +Dip
3-5 handstand pushups or pikes
10 overhead squats,
30 Second Hollow Hold
30 Second Arch Hold

WOD:

Remember Thursday is a recommended active recovery day, for level 3 and all members that have attended Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday consecutivly. :)

Level 3- Rest/Yoga

Level 1/2-
3 rounds for time of:
5 Wall climbs
10 Toes to bar/K2E/Knee raises
20 Box jumps, 24/20box
For the wall climbs, start with your toes and chest on the deck, walk your feet up the wall until your chest touches the wall, and then descend back to the original position.
