A. Squat x4 reps +5-10# from last week

B. “Strict” Press x 5 reps

Press should be around 50% of 1 rep max Jerk an taken from the ground

A = 90 Seconds

B = 90 Seconds

9 minutes of total work

WOD:

3 rounds for time of:

21 Power Cleans

21 Burpees

21 GHD sit-ups

Level 1

75/55 Clean

Sit ups

Level 2

95/65

Weighted Sit ups

Level 3

115/85
