How far up the ladder can you get in 10 Minutes

Run 200M

1 HSPU

1 Over Head Squat 95/65

Run 200M

2 HSPU

2 OHS

Run 200m

3 HSPU

3 OHS...and so on until your time is up.

Rest 8 Minutes

How far up the ladder can you get in 10 Minutes

Run 200M

1 Box Jump 24/20

1 Burpee

Run 200M

2 Box Jump

2 Burpee

Run 200m

3 Box Jump

3 Burpee..and so on until your time is up
