Began CrossFitting in 2008 after injury forced me out of the sport of endurance racing. Crossfit quickly became the pillar of my physical fitness, providing me with structural base to excel in any sport of choice. I use the fitness gained in the gym to pursue outdoor activities like surfing, hiking and running.

I CrossFit because of the limitless challenges. Every day CrossFit gives me a new challenge and the challenge, whether physical or mental, is what keeps me motivated.
I coach because::
I enjoy the opportunities to help individuals with their goals. Helping break down mental barriers and achieve what was once thought impossible is an extremely rewarding experience. Most important however, is the opportunity to be part of a community that works extremely hard for the betterment of the whole. Maverick CrossFit is where we suffer and succeed together, it is our sanctuary.
