Getting Started

Here at Maverick Crossfit we offer a FREE Intro to CrossFit Session!  This is an opportunity for you to find out exactly what we do and if it’s right for you.  Schedule your free Introduction Session using the form below.  If  neither of these days works for you, contact us at 321-345-XFIT (9348) or email Amber or Mike to schedule a one-on-one session atinfo@maverickcrossfit

How should I prepare for the Intro Session?

Please make sure you are well hydrated and have eaten something about an hour prior to your scheduled class so you have plenty of fuel in the tank Smile

What should I bring to the Intro Session?

Wear good, comfortable workout clothing and shoes that allow for flexible movement.  A bottle of water and a towel will come in handy but, most importantly bring a positive attitude and be prepared to have some fun!

What happens during the Intro Session?

We will review your exercise history, medical history, special interests, any concerns as well as the concepts behind our programming.  Once all that is covered, we’ll introduce the fundamental movements needed to perform your introduction workout.

Your first workout will establish a baseline for your current level of work capacity and skill level.  This also gives us an opportunity to evaluate your movement and identify any issues that need to be corrected.  Every intro workout is scaled to each person’s ability level so that everyone can successfully make it through.
