What: Maverick Foundations Class
Who: Everyone interested in training CrossFit at Maverick
Why: Foundations is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small class setting. Athletes will graduate foundations with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, and mobility.
When: Every Tuesday and Thursday night at 6:30 PM
How Many Sessions: 4 Foundation Classes. You can start anywhere in the cycle. However, each class is mandatory for graduation into CrossFit Class.
Class A- Squats and Deadlifts,Intro to RPE
Class B- Presses, Jerks,Kettlebells,Rowing,Handstand Push-ups
Class C-Cleans,GHD Sit-ups,WallBalls,Jump Ropes
Class D-Snatches, Thrusters, Toe to Bars,Burpees, Box Jumps
