Maverick CrossFit Unloaded – Training Without The Barbell
Maverick CrossFit Unloaded follows the same program of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements as regular CrossFit with the exception of the use of a barbell. Bootcamp style workouts are challenging and fast. Incorporating metabolic conditioning, with running, rowing and jump rope. Gymnastics, such as, air squats, pull ups, push ups, lunges and rope climbing, and weighted movements, with kettle bells, medicine balls and sand bags. It’s a great place to be introduced to CrossFit, for someone just starting, or restarting their fitness program, those who are intimidated by heavy or technical lifting, nursing an injury, or on a de-load week. Our CrossFit Unloaded classes are open to everyone. If you have gone through Foundation classes and would like to just drop in, you are welcome anytime. Classes may be combined during the week as long as you stay within your monthly plan. If you are completely new to CrossFit, we will put you through a one hour intro that we call Unloaded 101. You will learn the basics and be ready to go. Workouts are scalable for all fitness levels. Classes are coached by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
Maverick CrossFit Unloaded classes – Mon – Wed – Fri at 5:30pm or 6:30pm.
Monthly plan currently includes Yoga on Thurs at 9:00am, 4:30pm or 5:30pm.
Cost – $100 per month.
Unloaded 101 for new participants is offered every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.

Just as our regular CrossFit classes do, Maverick CrossFit Unloaded welcomes experienced out of town visitors. Your first drop in class is free. Each visit after is $10.
